EVC Enrichment Fund (EVCREF) Eligibility and Procedure
These funds are used to support projects that will enrich the lives of EVC residents.
Some examples of funded projects are listed below.
Please note this is not a complete listing:
- Music Stands and Portable Storage Rack
- Technology Classes
- Community Garden Expansion and Shed
- Bocce Ball Court
- Chapel Upgrade
- Sink in Art Room
- Stools for the Eskatones Ball Choir
Steps for the application
- Before submitting the application to the EVC RAF/REF Committee, a meeting should be scheduled with the EVC Executive Director to discuss the feasibility of the project.
- If the application is deemed feasible, an application for the use of these funds should be completed and submitted to the EVC RAF/REF Committee for review and approval.
- Upon approval of the application, the application will be submitted first to the Executive Director for approval, then to the Eskaton Foundation for review.
- If the Eskaton Foundation finds that the budget request exceeds the amount approved by the EVC RAF/REF Committee, the request will go back to the committee for review. The committee will either approve/reject the new amount or consider alternate funding sources.
- If the Eskaton Foundation has not made any changes in what has been applied for, those changes will go back to the EVC RAF/REF Committee for approval.
- After final approval by the EVC RAF/REF Committee, questions regarding the implementation of the proposal should be directed to the EVC Executive Director.
